Any structural changes such as adding new pages, migrating to a new design, downgrading plans, etc. are considered upgrades that will need to be done by your niftee design team in order to maintain optimal performance & security for your website.

Yes, but you can cancel it at any time.
In order to offer such great websites, customer service, and amazing prices, our plans are based on 24 month service agreements with FREE Upgrades available every 18 months (kind of like your cell phone if you’re in the U.S.).
You can upgrade anytime before the 18 months for only 50% of the listed startup fee.
After the 24 months you plan goes into a discounted maintenance pricing which remains in effect until you are ready to upgrade into a new design.
Cancel anytime. Your service will discontinue upon the conclusion of the current paid billing cycle.
Simply contact your niftee consultant or submit a support ticket requesting cancellation at least 10 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your new niftee website being live, we will make it right or learn from our mistakes and gladly refund all of your money.
As added assurance, we process all of the setup fees through PayPal which automatically provides you with additional protection should there be any concerns you feel we did not handle properly.
